Meghan was fantastic through the whole process. I saw her as a listing agent on a few townhomes in the area and decided to reach out. She was communicative, attentive, and on-point throughout the whole process. She was able to guide us through the process from start to finish and all the smaller, often-forgotten steps in between. Meghan was very knowledgable with the condo doc process and what items needed to be pulled and prepared prior to offers coming in, was helpful and knowledgeable with the staging and cleaning as well as smaller detailed items. All the hard work paid off as the home sold extremely quickly, well over asking price.
